Account Registration and Security

Users may register for an Omnidrop account using a valid email address or through Google authentication. By registering, users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and are fully accountable for all activities that occur under their account. Omnidrop reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these terms or any applicable laws. Users are required to keep their payment information current, as Omnidrop will charge their designated payment method for all services, including order fulfillment and subscription fees.

Payment Terms

Measures taken to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, which might include encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments.

Information about the methods used to securely dispose of or anonymize personal information once it is no longer needed for its original purpose. This might include shredding physical documents, deleting electronic records, or anonymizing data to remove identifying information.

Service Use and Restrictions

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Omnidrop platform solely for lawful purposes related to order fulfillment, product research, advertising insights, and sales tracking. Users agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to engaging in any fraudulent or deceptive practices, circumventing the platform's security features, or exploiting the platform for unauthorized commercial gain. Any misuse of the platform may result in the suspension or termination of the user's account without notice. Omnidrop reserves the right to take legal action against users who violate these terms.

Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Compliance

Omnidrop complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes on your intellectual property rights, you may submit a written DMCA notice to our designated agent at:

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with Wyoming state laws. Arbitration shall be conducted by a recognized arbitration body in Wyoming, and users waive their right to pursue legal action unless all arbitration efforts have been exhausted.

Shopify Store Connection and Data Access

By connecting a Shopify store to Omnidrop, users grant Omnidrop permission to access their store data, including but not limited to order details, customer information, and product catalogs, for the purpose of fulfilling orders and providing platform services. Users understand that Omnidrop will securely store this data and use it solely for the purpose of executing its services, including the ability to import products into their Shopify store with one click. Omnidrop does not take ownership of the user’s Shopify store or any data within it. However, the platform retains access to the connected data for the purpose of order fulfillment, tracking, and service optimization. Users can disconnect their Shopify store at any time through their account portal, at which point Omnidrop will no longer have access to their store data.

Users acknowledge that they use Omnidrop at their own risk, and Omnidrop is not responsible for any actions taken by Shopify or other eCommerce platforms, including store suspensions or policy changes.

Product Research, Ad Spy, and Sales Tracker

The Omnidrop platform includes tools for product research, ad spying, and sales tracking. Users can access these tools to analyze product performance across various platforms, review top-performing ads on platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat, and track sales of other stores for benchmarking purposes. All product research and ad spy data accessed through Omnidrop is publicly available and sourced through third-party APIs. Omnidrop doesnot claim ownership over the data accessed through these features and provides the tools as a service for user research and optimization purposes.

Order Fulfillment and Shipping

Omnidrop facilitates the fulfillment of orders through third-party suppliers integrated into the Platform. Upon receiving a user’s payment, Omnidrop processes the order and coordinates the shipment of products to the specified delivery address. While Omnidrop strives to ensure timely fulfillment, delays may occur due to holidays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. Users will be notified of any significant delays as soon as they are identified.

Omnidrop assumes no liability for order delays, inaccuracies, or store suspensions caused by third-party services. Users acknowledge that Omnidrop does not directly handle product shipments and is dependent on third-party suppliers.

Ad Account Connection and Analytics

Omnidrop allows users to connect their Meta (Facebook), Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other ad accounts to the Platform. By connecting their ad accounts, users grant Omnidrop access to their advertising data, which will be fed into the Omnidrop analytics dashboard for performance tracking, including profit and loss, cost of ads, and related metrics. Users acknowledge that this data will be used strictly for the purpose of analytics and reporting, allowing them to make informed business decisions. Omnidrop ensures that all ad account data is stored securely and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties. Users can disconnect their ad accounts at any time through their account portal.

Subscription and Billing

Omnidrop offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Each subscription begins with a trial period, the length of which will vary depending on the offer at the time of sign-up. Once the trial period concludes, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and the user will be billed accordingly. Users will be notified of the trial duration and any subsequent charges before their subscription is activated.

Refunds: Omnidrop does not offer refunds for any subscription fees or fu
lfillment services, except where required by law. Any case-by-case refund requests may be subject to a 15% processing fee and any extra fees applied by the respective payment processor.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of the billing cycle unless the user cancels their subscription before the renewal date. Subscription fees may be subject to changes, and Omnidrop reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.

Intellectual Property

The Omnidrop platform, including but not limited to its software, design, trademarks, logos, and branding, is the exclusive property of Omnidrop Holding LLC. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

User Content: Any content, including product descriptions, images, and other user-uploaded materials, may be used by Omnidrop for platform optimization and marketing purposes.

Modifications to Terms

Omnidrop reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
